About us

Meet Joseph.

Being a San Antonio native & active resident in the DFW area. Joseph Crisp’s design career began in San Antonio, Texas, where he studied architectural and engineering design & drafting at St. Philip’s College and went on to design high-end custom homes in the exclusive gated communities of The Dominion, Saddle-Ridge & the Alamo-Heights area. From there his work broadened across the full residential spectrum — custom homes, track homes, and multi-family developments — along with commercial interior design and applications, including structural truss design for production builders, custom pool and landscape design, and cabinetry design.

With more than 25 years of experience spanning Design, Engineering, Project Management, and a Customer Service & Satisfaction approach based on Relationship & Desire to Always Do the Right Thing. Today, through Grace Home Solutions in DFW, Texas, he designs and installs premium solid-birch cabinets, waterproof LVP flooring, and natural stone countertops — beautiful, functional spaces crafted to last for generations.

After years in this industry — working alongside production builders, suppliers, and big-box operations — Joseph kept seeing the same thing: customers treated like numbers, targets, or opportunities to gouge. He realized he was in the perfect place and situation to offer something that’s been missing for a very long time: genuinely excellent customer service.

Grace Home Solutions is deliberately a smaller company, because that’s where you stop being a number and start being our livelihood. Our focus is your satisfaction, delivered with an integrity and commitment most companies aren’t willing or able to provide. Our promise to you is simple: the quality you deserve and expect, paired with the kind of service the big box stores no longer provide.

When it comes to solving issues & providing the very best results for his clients, Joseph approaches every opportunity with a win/win attitude & is always seeking the very best for them.
